Yes we gaurantee and increase of engagement and higher packages offer engagement groups which boost your page and likes even more. However, the most important factor in getting more Likes is the quality of your content and posting strategy.

BILLING QUESTIONS

You can simply change or upgrade your plan from "My Account" page. Just go to "My Account" and click on "Cancel Membership" button which plan you want to cancel by submitting reason for this. After submit it the request will send to the admin and admin can cancel your plan and after that you can upgrade or purchase a new plan.
Payments are often declined due to insufficient funds or expired credit card. Please check your payment method to make sure it is valid. During any suspension, we will pause activity on the account until the payment is processed. We cannot provide refunds or credits, or be liable for lack of activity during the period which your payment method was suspended or failed.
As our service is handled by our team, we cannot provide refunds for work performed. We also cannot provide partial refunds for cancellations mid-month. If you wish to cancel your subscription, we highly recommend canceling 3 days before your next payment.
As long as you want! With any package, we recommend going for 3 months to see optimum results. If you have specific social media goals, feel free to contact us so we can recommend a package and/or subscription length.
Unfortunately, no, we cannot pause subscriptions. You can cancel 3 days before payment is due and resubscribe later.
